Sounds like an interesting BBQ recipe , refresh my memory because I don't think I recall seeing you mention it before? I wonder if the whole lemon could be throwing you off because of the "zest" that would have varying strength relative to cooking time? I know the zest is powerful stuff , but finicky in my limited experience with it in homebrew.

Speaking of which , have you made or tried anything new lately? They were giving out Shock Top samples at Kroger's this past Saturday , along with a Chardonnay from Barefoot , some kind of stuffed baked potato wedges (w/beer) and a smoked Gouda with the wine. First time I've ever seen our Kroger here give anything away besides dirty looks.

I like diver's idea of going back to college bands for the halftime show. I wasn't impressed with much of the game at all this year.
