sand tax issue - hatteras

King - I'm asking you because you seem to have the pulse of things ....I have been following this sand tax issue on hatteras now ... I have a simple self motivated question ... since Nags Head was done just 5 years ago , do you or have you seen or noticed that the surf fishing has diminished greatly ? Maybe it's just me .
If they do this beach nourishment on Hatteras it may just change the world class surf fishing which in turn might really hurt Hatteras economically .
