There's not much left to be developed now unless they tear stuff down and the land is worth more further north where it's more of a residential atmosphere.

KDH's thinking is it's going to increase property values and it's going to do the opposite. Who wants a house near a tall chain hotel or big wedding rental.

Anyway on the more positive side of Kill Devil Hills it still has it's history, I'm wondering when they are going to come play here .......
