I thought the project lost State Funding. It doesn't look like the property has any direct connection to Rt 12. Wonder if the property had any value to it. My guess, is that the property was full of wetlands and other environmentally sensitive areas that only the State could disturb. Makes me also wonder if a back door deal was made to get someone paid.
