In Kitty Hawk there's been some good runs of small spot, seems to be random. I think that might continue. The water has been rough and muddy from a storm that was off Virginia and it's starting to lay down.

At Oregon Inlet there's usually spot and black drum up close right at the beach. Bluefish, flounder and small stripers around the shoals and bars during the summer. Southwest wind will make it grassy.
