More LA Fishin

Out at 1st light today. Havin to choose bait to avoid panfish. Another choupic. Pic on camera.

Big bite on rod. Dragging this Capt round. After 15 minutes see head for a second. Gator, 10 ft. Snake, Salvo Hole monster cousin?? Will not come out of water. Finally get it to shore, but not out of water. Snapper. No pic as unable to put rod down or it'd be gone. Snapped hook finally.

Shame son-in-law not available...SWAT assignment in New Orleans.

Tomorrow last day to fish. Headin north before dawn Sat.
