If you dont mind traveling or will be staying near Hatteras, Rick Caton of Custom Sound Charters will do ya a good job. He always gives 150%. He's booking fast though. If you're into the whole fly fishing thing check out Brain Horsley or Sarah Gardner at Outer Banks Fly Fishing. These guys are my favorite guides down there. good luck.
