Surfers thick this afternoon. Beach deserted but for 2 families. Flies or afraid of sharks. Waves now down to 8 ft. WSW continues at 10 - 20. Scattered light sprinkles in Avon. E 5 - 10 predicted on AM.

Been years since did Mad Crabber. Used to have to stand in line. Today 1st ones in. Not busy at all. Used to be sno crab the big draw. No longer. Varied seafood menu. Crab bisque called bowl, actually a cup, in bowl w/ narrow inside...$7.99. 1lb crab, potato, veggies = $26.99. Waited on by bar maid. Very attentive. Place seemed very clean.
