Well I personally like all the Berkley lures and they have a wide range and variety out there. I am talking about the Berkley lures that are in the fluid jar. There are some that look like sand flea's and they are really good for sheep head around the pilings. I really do not do much fishing for trout. To catch blues you can use just about anything but mainly we use fresh cut bait or small bait fish. I would really advise you that when you get to the Outer Banks to fish and no what time of day your going to be fishing to visit one of the local tackle shops to find out what is biting and what they are using as lures to catch them. This is the best way to learn about fishing. You will find out at the tackle shops at the beach that they are honest and do not try to over sale you on things. I would also suggest a book to you about fishing salt water. I have a great one but its up stairs in my home right now and I am not able to get to it. This book has a cd in it and it is really good. As you know and I can tell from you question lures, tackle and bait vary in what your going after. I am really bias to Berkley and I very much love the ones that are scented and in the liquid filled jars. I will try to find that book if you will keep reminding me. Until then, I will be keeping a tight line, Debbie
