It's a nice one but there's not much beach left there, you would have to pick a calm water day or try from the side.

You can park at the beach access parking lot on the south side of the Black Pelican and walk over to it.

People also park in the grass along Kitty Hawk Road in front of Hurricane Mo's, not sure if it's the towns.

I can see more coming this year with the lower gas prices.

I was looking at a rental house in the neighborhood seems everyone brought their car, driveway and front yard were completely full.

The renters were using the house next door for parking until they showed up, must be Hatteras Island renters. :))
