Nope these were Cows and his name is Ernie B? something. He was known as the Mayor of Corova or Corrala. He was very famous and his cows ran the beaches at the northern end. And it was not a uncommon site to find Ernie Hull, whom is still alive directing the beach traffic drunk as a skunk. These two men are something else to deal with. Its all laughable.
