you can expect blues on gotchas off the piers,cobia on king rigs off the piers as well as sea mullet and maybe some specs.in the sound,wadeing can produce some specs,flounder and pups on live finger mullet,or gulp baits,plastics on light jig heads.also try kayaking,there are plenty of places to rent one,if you don't have one.
