mid march should be big reds on bait,and puppies on bait and jigs.look for deep onshore cuts for pups and whitewater bars for big reds on cut bait preferably cob or spot heads,on a heaver rod. come on down to the obx we need more fisherman in the offseason to stimulate the local economy. best of luck
