The state had this job bid in late November. From the looks of it it will be awesome. Lots of Green Energy useage. The last I heard, it was bid WAY over budget by all of the GC's (i believe Clancy&Theys was the low bidder). I would expect re-worked drawings and another bid process someetime soon. At the pre-bid meeting the state seemed as if they were in a rush to get bids and start as soon as possible. Then again, that was before the bid was so high. ::fingers crossed::
