Have to agree to disagree.

Avon Food Lion and ACE are sufficient.

Think the motel plan in Salvo will be resurrected and once that happens, good bye mom and pop and welcome rapers of the land. It'll be the northern beaches all over again.

Might also mention that versions of the new Pea Island bridge plan show it ending on top of the Rodanthe Island Convenience. That will be the end of that place as well as the mom and pops next door.

With Island Convenience gone and Jo Bob's closed, and only the Campground store left you can bet big grocer gonna build. Guess would be a Harris Teeter in Waves across from the Post Office.
