Ships wheel here in office. 19" in diameter. In gorgeous shape. Picked up on the Whalehead beach in 80's. Still have about 30 sand dollars too, waitin for time to make em into more Christmas tree ornaments.

Back then had odd stuff wash up too like 100's of Syrettes. Coast guard came and walked the beach hand in hand to not miss any during retrieval.

We used stuff that washed up too. 2" mooring line one foggy damp morning. Nasty beach day. Dug a pit and held tug o wars all morning vs. walking "visitors".

As said in prior post, things were simpler then.
