Senate signed it

Island Free Press is running an article that the Senate has passed the bill which will alter the beach closures on Hatteras island. It's not perfect, but it's better than what we have now. One big thing is it requires closures for nesting birds to be smaller.
Obama is expected to sign it quickly.
