Mine is a big all stainless steel BBQ Pro Deluxe that I got on sale at Kmart about 10 years or more ago, I don't think they are making that one anymore in all stainless steel. I haven't had any trouble with the outside but had to replace all burners recently they had started turning to dust and the parts were an odd larger size making it almost not worth the price. Lowe's in KDH had the cheapest grill parts.
I was looking at them this year before I fixed it and Home Depot in Kitty Hawk had some good deals going on this past spring outside the front of the store on nice smaller size all stainless steel grills. You do have to put a grill cover on them and don't let the grill sit where that salty northeast wind hits it.
