We fished Mann Harbor hard around the pilings all week, beginning on Sunday and have yet to see a fish. We have fished Mann Harbor 2 or 3 weeks a year for at least 15 years and have always caught fish. I have never seen it like this. Does anybody know what is going on? It seems like the stripers just are not here, but if not, where are they?
