Yep that is the way it is sometimes Kevin. When the surf is so rough and or there is a incoming storm, well call me crazy but that's my favorite time to fish for spot, especially when the fall run of spot are making their way down. I am sorry you saw the OBX like this but maybe its good someone see's this and knows how important certain things are and how fast they can all be gone or lost and maybe this will help those who fight for sand dune and protection of their cottages be supported by someone like you. Hope you have much better look the next time and see some awesome sunny, smooth days with blistering heat. Better luck next time. Deb
