Inshore cobia

Hello everyone,
I am visting Kill Devil Hills for the week. Unfortunately my grandmother needs to sell her house down here bc of medical reasons. I would really like to do some cobia fishing but our boat is currently out of commission.

Can anyone plz steer me towards a reasonably priced inshore charter captain. I'd even be willing to pay anyone who has room for an easy going and ethical fisherman. Thanks for ur help.
