Make up charter

We'll be in the Carolla area on two weeks and my son has never been on a charter boat. It's been about 40 years for me so I have a few questions. What would be an average cost for something like wreck fishing? We're just into sport fishing so is there a problem with throwing the fish back? Do the mates yell at you? I'm out to enjoy myself, not be yelled at like I've had done and heard about. Can I charge the trip and the mates tip on my credit card? I'll probably think of more questions but that should be it for now.
