All the vacation tards that have 4-wheelers and buy the permit get to tear it up for a week , their leaving , why care .

Gotta stand up and say enough , been doing that with the garbage now for awhile , people just leave their crap all over , tell them nicely to clean up their mess . A bit of embarrassment but they do it . Enough people start caring and it's contagious .

In the case of 4 x 4's ...just get their license plate and call NPS . Let them deal with them .
