That works but you might have to deal with a lot of telemarketing.

I did get mine fixed, calling in to refresh the box fixes it in less than a minute. The new people near me in the rental apartments also cut my line with a shovel.

I'm becoming convinced B stands for bozo here.

When asked to briefly describe the reason you are calling say, 'Refresh my box"

All Digital Receivers (Standard, High Definition and DVR's) in your home will be refreshed. This process can take up to 15 minutes to complete.
