This was 2/4 on my son's boat "Little Clam"......we are still grinding it out here in Hatteras commercial fishing waiting on charter season to get here. Today was another "brutal" day at the the office. What a different winter...yesterday morning it was 43 degrees and blowing N/E about 20 plus knots and this morning (2/5)it is 64 degrees blowing 25 plus knots out of the S/W......wild!!!
Yesterday King....it was Spiney Dogsharks/False Albacores and very few Seamullets.Waters was 53 degrees 1/2 mile off the beach between the end of Ocracoke & the "woods" and it was 59 2 1/2 miles off the beach.
Gannet birds shows with them raining out of the sky.....all bait & dogsharks
