All the Sea Mullet seen in the surf finally starting hitting today. There was a report that 2 citation sea mullet were taken off the Outer Banks Pier and they were using Sand Fleas as bait. There has been a good run of Spot and Croakers also caught using blood worms, shrimp and fish bite(blood worm flavored). For the off shore report- limits of Dophine have been taken as well as a good catch and release of Sail fish. For the inlets- fishing for flounder on the incoming tides in the afternoon has been the word. Happy Fishing and enjoy the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Please pay special attention to the beach closed signs for ORV's. Peace to all, Debbie
