I went to the first Cobia meeting in Wrightsville 3 Februarys ago.....In the G-ment's OWN words they said....."We understand that the Cobia population is not overfished NOR enduring any overfishing.....But we have to do something"....quote/unquote....Are you kidding me......typical G-ment...A solution in dire need of a problem....check out this ...
