Not surprised. More government, more fees, less freedom. What is now called collectively Corolla was already ruined too years ago by over building. Gridlock name of the game in the summer. This Capt and crew fled years ago to HI. Not what the beach experience was up north, but a far cry from the northern beaches metropolis.

Expect the proposed toll bridge (originally billed as an evacuation route) to mainland) to rear its ugly head again soon. Will allow the "sardines" to get to rentals quicker and enjoy the packed roads and beaches.

Its a new age, as the "lemmings" are swept away by the techy age. They have no clue what it was like 30 years ago - for that matter they won't see much of what's left as their eyes spend most of the time on their cell phones.
