Got you by more than a few years. Was 61 when we moved here.

Our OP development 55+ w/ no kids under 18. 227 homes.

Have only bit more than 1/2 acre and Mrs. Capt has so many plantings have to spend several days a week in yard just to keep it up. She can't get down on her knees anymore.

Have no wood burner - gas, + an electric one seldom used in LR (the Hemingway Room). Mrs. Capt uses gas fireplace as assist on cold morning (not really needed as thermo set at 73 - more ambiance that anything else) but never let it get over 77. Also installed blower. Makes all the difference. Heat carries from SR, thru FR and into kitchen.

Wasn't kiddin about checkin on the OP. Most here over 65, some at 95. When asked name of our development, its easy...God's Waiting Room:):)
