Mrs. Capt = Sicilian. Everything has an Italian flair, right down to the all day music.

You recognized spudini?? Alllllllllllllllllllll right!! Mrs. Capt says properly should be made w/ veal...but we can't afford it.

Another recipe w/ beef = stuffed w/ hard boiled eggs, pepperoni etc., but not this time.

Nugget of knowledge. Son says no egg nog at Food Lion last Christmas week. He's leavin day after Christmas for week on the sound in Salvo.

Just took last of decorative squash and pumpkins out back for the animals. Hate em around rest of the year eatin everything, but have soft spot for em durin winter.
